The Asset Operation Maintenance and Response Framework, which will run from 2028 to 2032, is being refreshed. AOMR 2 is the replacement of 2 existing EA frameworks for maintenance of EA Flood defence assets and also includes vegetation management, habitat creation and incident response. For the first time there will be Lot for Landscape and Habitat Creation which will have a particular focus on contractors with experience of the survey, design and delivery of peatland restoration. As is typical with Frameworks, there will be a limited number of slots available nationally, so considering how best to work in partnership with relevant sub-contracting options could be beneficial.
