About the event

From Degradation to Regeneration: Dive into Four Stories of Peatland Restoration that showcase how these amazing ecosystems can bounce back with help from committed teams of peatland experts. Whether you're passionate about nature or just curious, this event highlights the work being undertaken across four different peatlands in the mission to restore these habitats to the great peatlands they once were.

You’ll hear from four Natural England sites leading this work: Moorlinch & Kings Sedgemoor, Chat Moss, Calthorpe Boards NNR, and Hallsenna Moor. Each has drawn on support from the LIFE Moor Space fund to replicate key restoration actions undertaken by the LIFE Moor Space project and bring new life to their peatland ecosystems.
