About the event

The consultation for Scotland's Peatland Standard has now launched. This represents a key opportunity for stakeholders to input to this new resource which will provide technical information and a framework to guide and promote the protection, restoration, and management of peatlands in Scotland.

About the webinar

Members of the NatureScot Peatland ACTION team will provide a short introduction and set the resource in context. We’ll talk about how to respond to Scotland’s Peatland Standard and what kind of feedback we’re looking for. There will also be opportunities to ask questions during the webinar.

This is part of a series of three webinars to support those interested in responding to the consultation on the draft of Scotland’s Peatland Standard. These will take place at 14:00 - 15:00 on 24 June 2026, 10:00 – 11:00 on 03 July 2026 and 15:30-16:30 on 03 August 2026. Each webinar will cover the same topics.
