The IUCN UK Peatland Programme has launched a new update to the Peatland Code, which helps to boost the restoration of the UK’s peatlands.

Ideas are being invited for the CivTech programme, including a call for ideas to help the Peatland Code and Woodland Carbon Code.

From 1 November 2024, the fees charged to issue and convert units on the UK Land Carbon Registry are changing.

The Peatland Code is committed to continuous improvement and would like to invite you to comment on the draft Peatland Code Version 2.1

Developing, validating and verifying Peatland Code or other peatland restoration projects can be a challenge! Your help is needed to develop or test peatland tools.
